Once your request is checked by our staff, we will inform you by phone or receive an email notification on the approval of the return and instructions on the manner and address. Returns are made only with the affiliated courier with which you received it.

Product changes

If you would like to change the product you purchased - and only if the product has not been used - you should register a return request within 15 days of receipt for purchases over € 50 within Greece the first change is free. Each subsequent change has a charge of € 7.

For purchases below € 50 each change is over € 7.

Right of withdrawal-Ordering-Products Products

You have the right to change your mind and to withdraw from the contract, without mentioning the reason and without burden (to the value of the product), within 14 calendar days, from the day you received the product. You will only charge the cost of shipping.

Each refund/withdrawal is over the cost of shipping. For Greece there is a charge of € 7. In the event of deposit of the customer's bank account of the customer, the customer is also charged at possible banking costs.

Incorrect shipment

If the product you received is not what you ordered you can return it within 15 days of receipt without any burden.

Defective product

If you received a defective product you can return it within 15 days of receipt without any charge.

In any case:

• The products and their packaging should be in excellent condition and accompanied by all accompanying documents (eg retail receipt or invoice, and all accompanying such as labels etc)
• Once the product has been checked you will be compensated within 5 business days.
